The 38th annual Powell Street Festival is a celebration of Japanese-Canadian arts, culture, and heritage. The festival is the perfect weekend event for someone with an empty stomach and full wallet. From mouthwatering food to quirky crafts, there are an array of stalls stretched along Jackson Avenue and Alexander Street. These photographs were taken to bring the festival’s experience to you, whilst trying not to over-fry in the heat or step on someone’s toes.
