People who leave their curtains open at night are my favourite type of people. They don’t care if anyone is looking in on them, they think that no one is interested in their lives. Walking at night, I spend a lot of time tripping on the pavement. I can’t watch where I’m going if I’m busy looking into living rooms. It’s cool, you can tell exactly who lives there just by looking at their windows. Bird statues mean old ladies, photos on the mantle have families attached to them, and the single box of cereal on top of the refrigerator belongs to someone living alone.
They all have stories. On my way home from the grocery store I can take a look at dozens of different lives. Issue Six is meant to do the same sort of thing: give you a glimpse of a bunch of different places, things, and people that you never realized you wanted to see.
